The week comes from the date you entered. Open the profile, check the due date or last-period date, and correct it — your week and day recalculate immediately. Nothing you logged is lost when the date changes.
Without an account, PreBaby keeps everything on the device, which means it does not travel to a new phone on its own. If you signed in on the old phone, sign in with the same address on the new one and your pregnancy comes back. If you did not, the data is still in the old phone's app.
Use the same method you signed up with — email, Apple or Google. If you signed up with Apple, the email in your profile may be a private relay address, so signing in with an email and password will not find the account. Reset your password from the sign-in screen if you use email.
From the profile you can export everything you have written (export needs at least two months of PreBaby Plus). To delete your data, open Profile → Privacy and data → Delete my data. Deletion starts immediately, there is no grace period, and it is permanent. A few records are not reached by it, such as payment records; the privacy policy lists them. Without the app, you can request deletion at https://api.prebabyapp.com/account-deletion
On iPhone, subscriptions are handled by Apple; on Android, by Google Play. In the app, open the subscription screen and choose to restore purchases; if it still does not appear, check that you are signed in to the App Store or Google Play with the account you bought it with.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → PreBaby, and the reminder switches inside the app's own notification screen. If your phone is in a Focus mode, reminders can be held back by iOS. On Android, check Settings → Notifications → PreBaby, and that battery saving is not pausing the app.
