What does PreBaby do?

PreBaby follows your pregnancy week by week from 4 to 42, with a contraction timer, a kick counter, one log for everything and the lists you need at the end. Nothing here is a plan for later — it is what the app does today.

The size your baby is compared to, what is developing, what you may be feeling, and one thing worth doing this week. Each week has its own illustration.

Contraction timer

Tap when one starts and when it stops. The app keeps the length, the gap and the pattern, so you have something concrete to read out when you call.

Kick counting

Count movements in a session and keep the history, so what is usual for your baby is visible rather than remembered.

Everything you log, in one flow

Mood, symptoms, water, weight, sleep, photos and notes. One timeline instead of six apps.

How do I set up PreBaby?

In three taps: set your date, open your week, and keep it or share it.

Is my pregnancy data private?

Yes. Without an account, what you log never leaves your phone, and nothing is sold or used for advertising. What you write in PreBaby is the kind of thing you would tell one person, and it is treated that way.

Questions people ask before downloading

Is PreBaby free?

Yes. Downloading PreBaby and using the week-by-week content, the logs, the contraction timer, the kick counter and the lists costs nothing. There is an optional subscription, PreBaby Plus, which adds extras on top; you are never asked for it to track your pregnancy.

What is the keepsake book?

Your notes, photos, mood check-ins, kick counts, letters from the people you invited and your name shortlist, laid out as a book with a page for every week. After your baby is born it is emailed to you as a PDF in the design you chose — 24 to pick from, changeable any time. It is part of PreBaby Plus and unlocks once your subscription has added up to two months in total; days you already paid for still count if you pause.

Do I need an account?

No. You can use the whole app without signing in, and in that case everything you write stays on your device. You would sign in only if you want a backup you can restore on a new phone, or if you want to invite your partner to follow along.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. PreBaby is built to work offline: your week, your logs and your lists are all on the device. If you do have an account, changes sync when you are back online.

Is this medical advice?

No. PreBaby is a tracker and a journal. The week-by-week content is general information — measurements are averages and do not describe any individual pregnancy — and it does not diagnose, treat or replace care. Anything that worries you is a reason to contact your own midwife or doctor.

Which languages does it support?

The app is available in 14 languages, including English, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. This website is published in five of them.

Can my partner see my pregnancy?

Only if you invite them. You can share your week with a partner or with close family through a link, choose what they are allowed to see, and remove their access at any time.
