When does the book arrive?
After your baby is born. Add the birth date in the app, and a few days later the book is made and emailed to you — the short wait leaves room for the last photos and for correcting a date typed from a hospital bed. If you never add a birth date, it goes out three weeks after your due date has passed. The download link in the email works for seven days, so save the PDF when it arrives.
Can I change the design?
Yes, as often as you like. There are 24 designs; you can preview your book in any of them at any time in the app and switch. Even after the birth you can have it made again in another design.
What if I cancel PreBaby Plus?
The book unlocks once your subscription has added up to two months in total. The days are added up over time, not in one run: if you pause or cancel and come back later, the days you already paid for still count. Once you have reached two months, the book is yours and is still sent even if you are no longer subscribed. Free-trial days and refunded periods do not count.
Is it private?
The book is made from what you have backed up to your PreBaby account — so it needs you to be signed in — and it is sent only to your account’s email address. The link expires after seven days, when the file is deleted from our storage. Nobody else sees it unless you share it. PreBaby has no advertising, and nothing you write is sold or shared for marketing.
Which language is the book written in?
English or Turkish. If the app is set to Turkish the book is in Turkish; in every other language it is written in English, because the book’s typefaces cover those two for now.
Is it a printed book?
No, it is a PDF made for reading on screen and for printing. You can print it at home or take the file to a print shop; PreBaby does not ship paper copies.
